What is a burner?

The burner is a device that mixes fuel and air reasonably to make the fuel stably ignite and burn completely. Burners are used for boilers and industrial furnaces that burn pulverized coal, liquid fuels and gas fuels. Generally, burners can be divided into pulverized coal burners, oil burners and gas burners according to the different fuels burned.
　　
　　 Swirl pulverized coal burner: It is mainly composed of primary air cyclone, secondary air adjustment baffle (swirl blade or volute) and primary and secondary air nozzles.
　　
　　 Direct-flow pulverized coal burner: Generally, it is composed of several groups of primary and secondary air nozzles arranged along the height, which are arranged on each corner of the combustion chamber.
　　
　　Oil burner: It consists of an oil nozzle and an air regulator. The oil nozzle is placed on the axis of the air regulator, atomizes the oil into fine droplets, sprays it into the combustion chamber with a certain diffusion angle (also called atomization angle), mixes with the air sent by the air regulator, and ignites.
