Types of burners

At present, our company produces two types of burners: 24 specifications and 48 varieties. They are all designed and manufactured according to my country's national conditions using the equivalent European EN676-1996 advanced standards. The burner adopts advanced science and technology, microcomputer programmed automatic control, automatic ignition, automatic flameout protection and other strict safety protection measures. Stable operation and full combustion is a new type of combustion equipment.

　　The burner is divided into

　　.A. Diffusion burner b. Partially premixed (atmospheric) burner c. Power burner, where atmospheric combustion is divided into natural injection type and blast type

　　一. Gas burner features

　　 (1) High thermal efficiency: It can adapt to pressure fluctuations and adjust the air distribution by itself (that is, s gas pressure is high, and the air intake is more; the gas pressure is low, and the air intake is less), the combustion is sufficient, and the thermal efficiency is high;

　　( 2) High safety: The burner is equipped with a small fire. When the boiler starts, light a small fire first. When the small fire burns normally and stably, the automatic control system opens the main gas valve, and fuel can enter the boiler for normal combustion without deflagration;

　　( 3) Strong fuel adaptability: This kind of burner can be applied to natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other types of gas by replacing a few parts.

　　二. Gas valve group

　　 This boiler can be directly connected to the low-pressure gas pipeline, without the need for a pressure regulating station. The gas valve is a low pressure valve.

　　The gas valve consists of three parts

(1) Manual valve (2) 24V electric valve (3) Gas pressure regulating valve (electric valve and pressure regulating valve of some types of boilers are the same valve ), gas * pressure switch, gas * pressure switch can be additionally set according to user requirements ;

　　 The gas pressure regulating valve requires 5-11 inches of water column (127 mm water column — 279.4 mm water column) in front of the valve, and the valve pressure is no less than 3.5 inches of water column (88.9 mm water column). The pressure of the liquefied petroleum gas valve requires 11 inches of water column;

　　三. Air cut protection device

　　 The gas pipeline is equipped with a *pressure switch and a *pressure switch. When the gas is cut off or the gas pressure drops to a certain value, the *pressure switch is activated and the system is automatically closed; when the gas pressure is too high, the *pressure switch is activated and the system is automatically closed.
